Aerial pole is typically silicone or powder coated and is rigged only on top to allow further dynamic movements. This workshop will cover aerial pole techniques and how to manipulate an aerial apparatus. Sherman will focus on developing your strength while also building body awareness in the air. Get ready to work on tricks and transitions that will become your own sequence by the end of the session!

Pre-req: 1-3 months of aerial training. Or pole climbs, Jasmine, genie, & sit. No inverts required.
