Description: Ayesha 101 is a technique and conditioning focused workshop designed to introduce the fundamentals of Ayesha with an emphasis on safety, strength, and proper alignment.We will work on the following: Elbow, Twisted, True, and Cup grip variations (as appropriate to student), Entry/Exit drills and progressions, Muscle engagement and body positioning, Conditioning exercises to support Ayesha development
